Quaff and Tipple Refund Policy 2019

Firstly thank you for purchasing our products and we are sorry for the fact you are unhappy with the item/items you have bought and wish to return them.

Quaff and Tipple offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back.

Quaff and Tipple are happy to accept returns of our products and would ask you to ensure they meet the small criteria we have set out. Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, food items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Some of our items are perishable and have a limited shelf life so please read the clauses below.

After the 7 day period has passed, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

We encourage our customers to make sure the products they are considering buying it right for them before they make the purchase.

Our refund policy works like this:-

  1. Refunds are accepted if delivered to the shop at 24 Southbourne Grove, BH6 3RA within 7 days if perishable (all sealed foods, preserves, meats, cheeses).
  2. Refunds are accepted within 7 days on all beer, spirits and NON food items.
  3. We are unable to provide refunds on hot or cold ‘open’ food delivered or bought from the shop due the nature of the item being purchased.
  4. The item or items must be in good re saleable condition, unopened and undamaged.
  5. You must provide the receipt. If there is no receipt then we are unable to refund you.
  6. Due to the nature of some of our products, sealed food items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
  7. If the item is perishable, it must be physically returned to us within 7 days of purchase.
  8. You are able to exchange the item for a new one or a similar priced item in the shop or from the online shop, or we can simply return your money.
  9. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
